Hi families, my name is Monique. I recently became a mother of Tomas, the reason why The Wonder Child Family Day Care has been created. I am passionate and very dedicated to Early Childhood Education. My aim as an educator is to develop children’s social and emotional skills through a positive and holistic approach. I believe that children are capable to achieve their full potential by extending their interests, asking open-ended questions and using intentional teaching activities. I embrace children’s ideas and encourage them to build on their knowledge by using approaches from the Reggio Emilia Philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework.
