Charnwood ELC welcomes children between the ages of six months and five years..The fees include all meals (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late afternoon tea), nappies (for T1 and T2) and weekly music and art lessons. BCC is only able to offer full day rates, however children are not required to attend for the full day if this does not suit the family.
